Last updated: September 21, 2026

This policy explains what information Oishii Match: Kawaii Snacks ("the game", "we", "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. The game is published by Charles Chang (Bao Bao Gaming Studios), based in Ontario, Canada.

The same sign-in is your Bao Bao Gaming Studios account and works across our games. Apple lets you hide your real email.

Information stored on your device

The game keeps a copy of your progress and settings (such as music and sound on/off) on your device so it works offline. Uninstalling the game removes this copy.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, only to run the game:

Each provider has its own privacy policy. Your display name and Blitz scores are visible to other players on the leaderboard. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

One account across our games

Oishii Match shares its sign-in with our other games. Linking Google or Apple creates a Bao Bao Gaming Studios account, and the same login signs you in to any of our titles, carrying your progress in each of them. Each game stores its own saved data against that one account.

This matters when you delete: because it is a single account, deleting it removes your data in every Bao Bao Gaming Studios game, not only the one you asked from.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and all data linked to it (progress, items, scores, display name, linked sign-in, and your saved data in every other Bao Bao Gaming Studios game using the same account) by emailing us at the address below from the email linked to your account, or by including your display name. We will complete the request within 30 days. Some purchase records may be kept where the law requires it (for example, tax records). Deleting your data cannot be undone, and any unused items are lost.

How long we keep it

We keep your game data while your account is active. Accounts that are inactive for 24 months may be deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under Canada's PIPEDA and U.S. state laws such as California's CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us below.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for significant changes we will let you know in the game.
