Delete your account and data

How to request deletion

1. Email mugentalesreview@gmail.com with the subject "Oishii Match account deletion".
2. Include your display name (shown on the Rankings screen as "You are …"). If you linked Google or Apple, send the email from that address.
3. We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

One account, all our games

Oishii Match uses a Bao Bao Gaming Studios account. The same Google or Apple sign-in works across our games, so if you have played another Bao Bao Gaming Studios title with it, that is the same account.

Deleting it deletes your data in every one of our games, not just this one. There is no way to delete one game and keep the others.

What is deleted

Your account and everything linked to it: game progress, petals, boosters, hearts, Blitz scores, leaderboard entries, your display name, any linked Google or Apple sign-in, and your saved progress in any other Bao Bao Gaming Studios game that uses the same account.

What may be kept

Records of real-money purchases may be kept for up to 7 years where tax or accounting law requires it. They are not linked to a playable account after deletion. Short-lived server security logs expire on their own.

Deletion cannot be undone, and any unused items are lost. See our privacy policy for more.
